Facilitation & Organisational Healing
Engaging Conflict as a Site of Institutional Learning, Collective Repair, and Organisational Transformation
Learn MoreWe offer Facilitation and Organisational Healing services that support institutions, companies, organisations, collectives, and movements to pause, reflect, realign, and rebuild. CTDC’s work is guided by the belief that facilitation is not only a technical skill, but also an ethical practice that makes space for collective care, shared responsibility and accountability, and structural insight. We engage conflict as a site of learning, not failure, but we also recognise that facilitation is required beyond moments of rupture. We design and lead processes that enable teams to navigate complexity, reflect critically, align around values, and collectively reimagine their purpose.
Our facilitation and organisational healing services are offered in both on-site and remote, or hybrid modalities and can be structured as short-term interventions or embedded within longer-term accompaniment and culture transformation strategies.
For moments of acute crisis, we offer structured problem-solving interventions to hold space, map tensions, and support honest dialogue. These include remote or in-person stakeholder interviews and consultations, confidential facilitation and assessments, and analysis of the relational and structural dimensions at play, with actionable recommendations for next steps.
We conduct in-depth diagnostics to surface the underlying drivers of institutional conflict. Through anonymous feedback, power and materialist analysis, and narrative mapping, we provide conflict assessment briefs, action plans, and strategic guidance to support long-term systems change and cultural transformation.
We work with leadership teams to process internal tensions, clarify shared direction, and re-establish coherence. Through one-on-one coaching, facilitated retreats, and difficult conversation labs, we build leadership capacity for navigating complexity with care and clarity.
We support institutions in moving beyond reactive crisis management toward sustained organisational healing. Our long-term programmes involve facilitated reflection processes, emotional safety and trust-building initiatives, and structured accountability dialogues. We work with teams and leadership to embed healing into institutional culture through practice, policy, and systems reform, ensuring repair is collective, systemic, and enduring.
Beyond conflict, we provide tailored facilitation for team retreats, strategic planning, and organisational visioning. We also design and facilitate knowledge exchange sessions, end-of-programme reflection spaces, and participatory learning processes to help teams synthesise lessons learned, produce internal knowledge, and reimagine future directions.
For institutions committed to deeper transformation, we offer annual and multi-phase partnerships. These include conflict prevention mechanisms, facilitated dialogue series, capacity-building for facilitation and listening, and support with embedding care, accountability, and responsiveness into organisational systems.
