Educational Services

Educational Services

We treat education as a collective, continuous, and transformative process. Our approach to education is rooted in critical pedagogy and reflective intersectional practice and is transformative at the personal and collective levels. CTDC views education as a participatory and mutual process. Through education, CTDC challenges assumptions, engages with complex issues, and encourages critical reflection. Through our work, we do not simply teach, we co-learn, unlearn, and reimagine.

What We Offer:

We offer tailored interdisciplinary educational services designed for diverse sectors, audiences, and cultures. Guided by learning needs assessments and contextual analysis, we design and deliver training sessions, workshops, lectures, and webinars, and develop curriculum, digital learning tools, and facilitator guides, adaptable across formal, informal, and non-formal education settings, as well as for corporate education.
